Shipping & Delivery Policy

The following terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. NewAge Tech LTD (“NewAge”, “we”, “us”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Sunday–Thursday), excluding Israeli public holidays.
• Order processing begins only after full payment has been confirmed and, where applicable, after any required verification, credit approval, or stock allocation is completed.
• Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Quoted timeframes are indicative and may vary based on product availability, supplier lead times, and order volume.

Delivery Times & Estimates

• Any delivery date or timeframe provided is an estimate only and does not constitute a binding commitment.
• Delivery times depend on the destination, the selected shipping method, the carrier, and factors outside our control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Delays

• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, payment verification, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• A delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to cancel an order or claim compensation, except where required by applicable mandatory law.
• Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an updated estimate.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, supplier failures, power or communication outages, cyber incidents, pandemics, or governmental actions and restrictions.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

• Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting photographs.
• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
• For shipments handled by third-party carriers, claims may be subject to the carrier’s own terms, timeframes, and liability limits.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details. Re-shipment due to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For shipments outside Israel, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance may cause additional delays outside our control.

Digital Products & Software Licenses

Certain products, including software licenses (such as ESET security products), are delivered electronically. For these items, “delivery” is deemed complete upon issuance of the license key or download instructions to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times for physical goods do not apply to digital products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with shipping and delivery shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data.
